“You Mean A Lot To Me™” (#UMAL2M): A new campaign about meaning and belonging

UMAL2Mweb“You Mean A Lot To Me™” (#UMAL2M) is a project that aims to explore meaning and belonging in society, and their importance to mental health and wellbeing.

We are making a series of short videos where people share not only a connection with someone, but also the reason. This conveys the meaning and belonging within that connection.

Want to contribute?

That’d be fantastic — no number of more contributions would be too many!

There are a couple of guidelines:

  • It has someone you know, and who knows you (not a celebrity or idol you’ve never met)
  • It needs to be someone living (because we’d love it if you could share the video with them!)

Film yourself on your phone, computer or camera, talking about a person who means a lot to you, then just upload it to Dropbox or YouTube and email the link to umal2m@diversity.nz.com — we’ll let you know we’ve received it and do the rest!

Or if you have questions just email us and we’ll help you out.

Thanks — you mean a lot to us 🙂
